Solution Attempt 1

When you view Studyladder on your computer this is done via what is called a 'web browser', this web browser might be called Internet Explorer, FireFox, Google Chrome, Safari or something else. Most computers have more than one browser.

Try opening Studyladder via another web browser on your computer preferably Google Chrome.

Solution Attempt 2

If the instructions above don't resolve the issue, please also try the following:

  1. Temporarily disable popup blocking software installed on your computer to test.
  2. Allow as a trusted site in your Firewall software.
  3. Ensure other applications like Quicktime, iTunes, Real Player, or Windows Media Player aren't set as the default streaming application, as this might affect the video player.
  4. Make sure your computer is set up properly for Flash by checking out Adobe's Advanced Troubleshooter here.
  5. Sometimes students using our site will alter settings on their 'web browser' or computer by accident. If this occurs it might disable the site from working. To see if this occured try accessing our site from another computer if you have access to one
  6. Studyladder has sites in multiple countries, try our activities by logging in via one of our other sites. On the bottom of all our site pages is a picture of a country flag, next to that you can select another nations site to try.
